We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Personal Tax Semi Senior or Senior to join our well-established personal tax team in Taunton.This is a fantastic chance to build on your existing knowledge, develop your skills, and take on more responsibility. Joining our personal tax team will give you valuable exposure to both tax compliance and tax planning, working with a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll have the opportunity to interact directly with clients, answering their tax-related queries and advising on planning strategies across various tax areas, including international tax, trusts, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax.Your key responsibilities will include:Having a portfolio of personal tax clients to work withPreparing tax computations and returnsResolving queries and supporting senior team membersIdentifying tax issues and contributing to advisory workWhat we need from youIdeally you will:Be ATT or CTA part qualified or qualifiedHave a minimum of 1 to 2 years practice experienceBe a confident and collaborative team playerShow excellent people skills and the ability to offer outstanding service to clientsHave self-motivation and a strong work ethicIf your experience isn’t a complete match but you feel you could bring a lot to AG, we’d still encourage you to apply so that we can learn more about youWhat we can give you in returnWe offer a fantastic place to work with a competitive and flexible benefits package.
