How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROWAccountable for the production & product delivery to the customer on a given scope (site / region / country etc.). Manage team(s) covering different activities in Secondary Production (eg. operations technicians maintenance product compliance etc).INCLUDE Cluster/Country/Site Secondary Production Operations managementMain AccountabilitiesGuarantee the implementation of the strategy and objectives in his/her domainDrive the Area Operations towards the objectivesManage high complexity teams in terms of processes products and supervise the operational KPIs to guarantee a Continuous improvement implementation in his/her domainDevelop the managers level and supports the manager in developing their teamsOwn Robust expertise and Knowledge on the field operations under his /her responsibilityDifferentiating CriteriaGuarantee the implementation of the strategy and objectives in his/her domainDrive the Area Operations towards the objectivesManage high complexity teams in terms of processes products safety.
