We recognise the value of investing in our people through comprehensive training and personal development courses.Role OverviewAs the Project Coordinator, the primary focus is to ensure our customer’ requirements are met with precision and efficiency. Managing our projects pre/post order, within our business, coordinating every aspect from order processing to final delivery. By aligning resources, tracking progress and facilitating communication between different departments, they will ensure that every project is delivered on time, meeting our high standards of quality and customer experience.Acting as the customer’ single point of contact from inception to delivery, the planner will enhance the customer experience, by providing clear and consistent communication and swift issue resolution. The goal is to streamline operations and to provide customers with a seamless and reliable experience, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling of orders in line with customer requirementsPoint of contact for contactors/installersCoordinate post delivery product support including complaintsEnsure post order process meets agreed service level agreementsOwnership of project tracking toolTo own and facilitate weekly review meeting for pending/ongoing orders with relevant stakeholdersLiaising with both internal & external sales to build an accurate order forecastOrdering of materials required to complete the projectsManage sub contracting options to agreed budgetSite visits to undertake health & safety risk assessmentsSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience within a project management/coordination or scheduling role is essentialPrevious experience of cross department collaborations is essentialExperience of managing multiple projectsStrong computer literacyYou must be a proactive team playerMust have a valid UK Driving LicenceBenefitsEntitled to 25 days holidayPension contribution matched up to 8%Save as you earn Genuit Sharesave schemeLife assuranceEnhanced maternity and paternity payFree on-site parkingCycle to work schemeFree flu vouchersVarious health and wellbeing initiativesStaff discount on all Genuit Group products
