Fourblue is working with a leading provider of specialist utility and infrastructure services. With over 100 years of combined experience across the power, water, infrastructure and technology industries. A company that is committed to supporting and developing its people.


They are seeking a Contract Delivery Manager to oversee all project managers and other on-site staff ensuring they are on track with project budgets and timelines, whilst managing the delivery of the framework contract as well.


Responsibilities of the Contract Delivery Manager:

  • Day-to-day management of project managers and supervisors
  • Survey and quote process for individual projects based on a contract schedule of rates
  • Obtain purchase orders for projects and programmes in a timely manner
  • Drive the Project Managers to consistently hit their monthly achievement targets for earned value
  • Drive the Project Managers to turn work into cash through timely submission of accurate completion packs
  • Ensure Project Managers successfully claim all variations through early agreement with Client project managers
  • Responsible for project profitability through gross profit control
  • Ensure the project delivery function carries out the targeted number of safety inspections (Behavioural Exchanges and Leadership Tours)


Criteria for the Contract Delivery Manager:

  • Previous experience working in an electrical contracting / high voltage environment (ICP, IDNO, DNO)
  • Previous senior Contract Management or Service Delivery role within the power sector
  • IOSH Qualification
  • HNC / equivalent or higher in engineering
  • UK drivers license
