About the Role:My Client is seeking an experienced C# Lead Developer to join their Agile team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys a combination of hands-on coding and leadership. You will spend 70% of your time developing and maintaining high-quality software, and 30% leading and mentoring a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in an Agile environment, promoting collaboration and innovation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C# applications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and deliver project requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Assist in architectural decisions and guide the technical direction of the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying them when relevant.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks.
