Security clearance (or the willingness to apply) is required for this role.What youll doLead and line manage a team of up to 20 Project Professionals ensuring successful delivery of customer engagements.Deliver high-quality consistent projects within contracted accounts ensuring excellent customer satisfaction is maintained and acting on feedback for improvement.Continuously evolve and innovate the Practices capabilities to align with business strategy.Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise across internal and external stakeholders.Manage team operations and financial performance to meet targets and improve productivity.Foster a high-performance culture through talent development succession planning and effective performance management.
