As a Practice Lead You Will

  • Input into the Operational / Strategic Planning
  • Execute parts of the regional business plan for the business unit (Practice) including: Go to Market
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Input and execution of regional Capacity planning - Maintain appropriate capacity for forecast demand
  • Responsibility for regional Scheduling / Managing of team utilisation
  • Regional operational responsibility for Quality management - maintaining fit for purpose quality assurance standards, practices and processes
  • People management including hiring, performance management and termination
  • Key vendor relationship management (Regional)
  • Pre sales - participation and coordination of resources within the practice (Regional)
  • Marketing support (Regional execution)Plan

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in a Practice Lead or Consulting role within a similar environment - managing all aspects of a services business including P&L
  • Demonstrated experience driving services in Insight's technology solution offerings in Dynamics 365
  • Ability to drive sales, presales and new business development activities
  • Demonstrated experience in managing partners and high level stakeholders
  • Strong understanding and broad exposure across the Business platform landscape
  • Extensive team leadership and people management experience
  • Experience in mapping business needs to technology solutions
  • An understanding of consulting methodologies
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
