Management Accountant – Warwick (Pharmaceutical Wholesale)


Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for your next opportunity? Join our dynamic pharmaceutical wholesale business based in Warwick and play a key role in managing the finances for three trading companies.


What We’re Looking For:


We’re seeking a candidate with:

  • 10+ years of experience in accountancy roles.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High levels of diligence, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and familiarity with Sage 200 and Salesforce would be a beneficial.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparing Monthly Management Accounts, including month-end journals, P&L reviews, balance sheets/reconciliations, cash flow projections, and monthly reporting packs.
  • Assisting in the preparation of yearly budgets and quarterly reforecasting.
  • Managing quarterly VAT returns – preparation and filing.
  • Supporting the consolidation process, statutory accounting, and other internal reporting.
  • Coordinating the audit process.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial support.
