Associate – Landscape Architect | Permanent | Multiple UK sites | up to £75,000Are you looking to take the next step in your landscape planning career?Do you have multiple years experience delivering LVIA Landscape projects?PT Renewables is partnered with a global engineering consultancy looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Associate/Associate Directors to join a thriving Landscape Architecture team working on some of the most exciting and impactful projects across the UK.If you thrive on working within the planning world and are looking for your next step in landscaping, this one is worth a read.Our client is looking for people from Principal to Associate-Director level so if you have 5+ years experience it is worth applyingThe RoleYou’ll be taking the reins on a portfolio of high-profile landscape and townscape planning projects spanning urban regeneration, new communities, tall buildings, commercial development, infrastructure and energy.From concept to planning inquiry, your expertise will help guide decisions that shape real places and long-term outcomes.This is a role where you’ll lead with confidence, influence strategy, nurture talent, and strengthen client relationships—while being part of a friendly, collaborative, people-first culture.What you’ll be doingLead, oversee and deliver landscape and townscape planning projects with a focus on quality and client satisfactionProvide expert input across LVIA, TVIA and strategic landscape assessmentsGuide, mentor and support a talented team, helping shape their professional growthEngage in business development - supporting bids, building relationships, and spotting new opportunitiesWork alongside multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver joined-up, innovative project solutionsOffer strategic advice on landscape capacity, sensitivity and character, including Green Belt evaluationsAbout youExtensive experience in landscape planningA proven track record leading complex projects and managing client relationshipsStrong LVIA / TVIA expertise and a broad understanding of landscape assessment workExcellent communication skills and a leadership style that inspires confidenceChartered status (CMLI or equivalent)A proactive, strategic approach and a passion for sustainable, context-sensitive landscape designThe PackageSalary from £50,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience)Cash/Car allowanceHybrid and flexible workingCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageStrong focus on professional development, with access to high-quality trainingThe backing of a respected, award-winning consultancy known for sustainability, innovation and people-first valuesIf you're looking to develop your career further within Landscape Planning, apply now to be considered for the first round of interviews.
