The Role
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with our internal teams to deliver innovative recruitment solutions that meet the needs of diverse businesses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is eager to grow within a scaling company, and has the vision to help drive our next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy that drives revenue growth and aligns with Evo Talent’s long-term vision.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, lead generation, and building strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and brand messaging.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to help refine our business approach.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team as we expand, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within tech, recruitment, or SaaS environments.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Experience with CRM tools for managing leads and tracking sales progress.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for contributing to a growing company’s success.
