Job Purpose- Managing a diverse client portfolio, monitoring the commercial aspects of portfolio management, ensuring deadlines and fee recovery targets are met
- Preparing and delivering accurate and well-informed tax advice
- Supporting business development by attending prospective meetings, quoting for services and encouraging skill sharing amongst the wider firm
- Assisting management with distributing workload across the department
- Mentoring junior team members, assisting with workflow management, quality control, and providing training
- Nurturing trusted client relationships, proactively handling queries and problem solving
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest tax knowledge and changes in the industry

- Sound knowledge across corporate taxation

- Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
