Business Development Manager Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + circa £20,000 OTE (uncapped) Location: Sunderland (Hybrid) My client is a rapidly growing SaaS organisation offering a market leading solution designed to enhance training, build skills and ensure compliance for clients across the globe. Underpinned by significant investment, there is a clear roadmap for business transformation, which will translate into aggressive growth over the next 2 years, as they continue to commercialise their offering at pace. The Business Development Manager role is a key appointment in helping them to achieve their goals, and in return they will provide a platform for continued development to the appointed person, as well as a lucrative uncapped commission model.
