About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a Head Chef Breakfast to join our award-winning kitchen team based in the 3AA Rosette setting of the Road Hole Restaurant. As the Head Chef Breakfast, you will have the opportunity to build up, train and develop your own team as well as bringing innovation and creativity to the breakfast menu currently on offer.
You will lead our team to provide the 5 star service that our guest from all over the world have come to expect, in our restaurant that looks over the 17th and 18th hole of the world famous Old Course one of the best views on offer in all of golf.

Responsible for looking after the breakfast team you will have an unwavering passion for culinary excellence and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef you will ensure every effort is made to control costs, maximise productivity and achieve pre-determined profits within your area of responsibility.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have the desire to constantly strive for perfection whilst taking responsibility for the menu and development of the chefs working alongside you.

You will have:

  • Experience working within a breakfast team within the last 5 years, preferably in a 5 star environment.
  • A strong understanding of breakfast operations in a 5 star venue
  • The innovative desire to constantly improve the menu with new and fresh ideas.
  • The desire to grow and develop your own team.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP and Food Safety

Remuneration

£36,000 base salary + TRONC

Hours

Full time, 40 hours
