Conveyancing Secretary Responsibilities-
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Department

Handle client enquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
-
Manage documentation and correspondence related to property transactions
-
Utilise case management software to maintain accurate records
-
Support solicitors with day-to-day administrative tasks
-
Ensure efficient workflow management within the department
-
Previous experience in a similar secretarial role, ideally within conveyancing
-
Excellent keyboard and IT skills
-
Strong client-focused approach with exceptional communication abilities
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
-
Professional telephone manner
-
Experience with case management software is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
