Description
- Assist in daily operations of the accounts payable team.
- Oversee and coordinate accounts payable functions.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of payments and disbursements.
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable.
- Work closely with other team members to improve AP processes.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Assist in other Accounting & Finance tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- Relevant experience in accounts payable or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Job Offer
