Are you passionate about driving IT service excellence through smart platform solutions Were looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Analyst to join our dynamic IT team at Rotork. Youll play a key role in enhancing and administering our ServiceNow platform ensuring it supports seamless ITSM processes and aligns with business goals.What youll do: Configure and customise ServiceNow modules workflows forms to support ITSM processes such as Incident Problem Change Request and Knowledge ManagementCollaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.Drive automation integrations and continuous improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.Provide technical support training and documentation to empower users and teams.Monitor platform updates and champion enhancements that add real value.What youll bring:Experience in ServiceNow administration and ITSM process implementation.Strong understanding of ITIL principles and enterprise system integrations.A proactive mindset with a passion for improving service delivery.Qualifications : EssentialProven experience administering and configuring the ServiceNow platformStrong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principlesExperience designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows business rules and customisationsAbility to produce clear and concise technical documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiencesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentDesirableITIL Foundation certification or higherExperience with ServiceNow integrations and scriptingFamiliarity with ServiceNow reporting and performance analyticsExperience in a medium to large organisation with mature ITSM practicesAdditional Information : Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company helping our customers manage the flow of liquids gases and powders across many industries worldwide.Our purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations.For over sixty years the world has relied on us to create the things that keep everything moving.
