Come and join our award winning teams - we are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our amazing site at University of Gloucestershire’s Oxstalls Campus.Location: GL2 9HW Salary: £30,942 per annumWorking Pattern: Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week, 7am to 3.30pmKey Responsibilities:Lead and Manage a small team of 2On site we provide Grab and go, homemade cakes, hot mains, salad bar, soup, hospitalityTo prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standardTo produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customersTo ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectationsTo be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standardOverall responsibility for managing the kitchen team Provide feedback and coaching on performance To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene trainingOur Ideal Candidate:Will have contract catering experiencePassionate about cooking fresh foodWhat's in it for you?
