These include bonus employee support assistance and employee discounts.What you will be doing:You will be responsible for the creation of component/assembly/systems designs and associated through-life justification that meet their requirements and product attributes of life cost availability and safety margins.Additionally you will:Create solutions and justifications that are robust against variation taking account the full life cycle (concept design manufacture operation and disposal).Integrate cross-discipline engineering concepts which include manufacturing engineering simulation materials testing and supply chain.Document and verify information against sound mechanical engineering practices and references.Present evidence at technical reviews in front of peers and expert panels.Publish safety and technical reports which are subjected to customer and regulatory scrutiny.Who were looking for:At Rolls-Royce we embrace agility are bold pursue collaboration and seek simplicity in everything we do.
