Customer Relationship Executive Join Eminox Ltd , a market leader in Supplying both OEM and retrofit and other products and service solutions across the UK and Europe. Eminox is part of the Hexadex group of companies. Were looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join the Customer Service Team , managing end-to-end demandfrom order placement through to dispatch. Reporting to the Senior Customer Relationship Manager , you will play a key role in delivering first-class service to both internal and external customers. What Youll Be Doing Act as a key point of contact for our customers, building strong and trusted relationships. Support demand control , reviewing incoming orders and customer schedules. Log and manage enquiries via our CRM system, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Coordinate sales order creation , monitoring availability and delivery timelines. Maintain accurate part numbers, prices, and schedules within the business system. Communicate proactively with customers on delivery status, supply changes and expectations . Assist with KPI reporting and support wider team members where needed. Escalate issues appropriately when requiredalways focused on customer satisfaction . What Were Looking For Minimum 5 GCSEs including English & Maths Confident communicatorable to handle demanding automotive customers would be advantageous if background is spent within a similar industry, manufacturing or industrial. Tenacious, organised, and detail-focused Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism Self-motivated, proactive and committed to continuous improvement Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and feedback effectively.
