We are now seeking a dedicated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team and support high-quality teaching and learning across the school. Role Purpose The HLTA will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and other support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences for pupils. The role includes planning and delivering small-group and whole-class teaching, supporting behaviour and wellbeing, and contributing to the wider life of the school. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Learning Deliver learning activities to individuals, small groups, and occasionally whole classes, following teacher-prepared plans. Contribute to the planning and evaluation of lessons, adapting learning materials to meet the needs of pupils. Support pupils in accessing the curriculum, including those with SEND or behavioural needs. Use a range of positive behaviour strategies to maintain an inclusive and productive learning environment.
