You'll be servicing clients acrossEast Anglia(includingCambridge, Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, and Norfolk), with occasional work inNorth London, offering variety and flexibility in your daily tasks.As aCommercial Plumber, youll play a key role in theinstallation of industrial and commercial pipework systems, as well as handling occasional maintenance requirements. You'll represent the company with pride and professionalism while ensuring high-quality workmanship across all projects. You'll report directly to theGeneral Works Manager. The core working hours areMonday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm, with occasional weekend work and overtime as needed. Plus, you'll enjoyexcellent overtime ratesto reward your hard work Overtime Pay: Time and a halffor the first 12 hours of overtimeDouble timeafter 12 hoursSaturdays: Time and a half for the first 6 hours, then double timeSundays: Double timeKey Responsibilities: Health & Safety: Ensure all health and safety policies, risk assessments, and method statements are followed.Project Ownership: Establish requirements for each project and lead the planning and installation of system components.Leadership: Supervise small teams, including subcontractors, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.Collaboration: Liaise with other trades, clients, and main contractors to keep things running efficiently.Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the highest standards, and deadlines are consistently met.On-Call: Join the departments on-call rota for flexibility and support when needed.What were looking for: We need someone who can take the initiative, work independently and demonstrate strong knowledge ofhealth and safety regulations,water regulations andBuilding Regulations. Your experience in theindustrial and commercial plumbingsectors will be key to your success in this role. Essential Skills & Qualifications: C&G NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating(Level 3 is a bonus)At least3 years experienceas a plumber/pipe fitter (with solid experience in industrial/commercial environments)Fulldriving license(A fully expensed company vehicle will be provided for work-related travel)CSCS cardeligibility (Existing card preferred, but test can be arranged)Strong H&S knowledgeand ability to work independentlyDesirable Skills (but not essentialtraining can be provided): SSTS or SMSTSqualificationIPAFandPASMA(for access platforms)Asbestos Awareness/ManagementFirst AidandFire Marshall certificationWhats in it for you?
