The successful candidate will have solid experience in ocean freight forwarding, familiarity with carrier platforms, and the ability to handle export documentation accurately and efficiently. Job type:Permanent Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Salary:Up to £35,000 per annum Benefits:25 days holiday, Private Healthcare, Pension SchemeKey Responsibilities:Manage the full cycle of ocean export shipments from booking through to final delivery. Communicate with carriers to secure bookings, track sailings, and resolve scheduling issues. Prepare, verify, and issue all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading). Ensure compliance with export regulations, Incoterms, and internal company policies. Coordinate with customs brokers, warehouses, and trucking companies to ensure timely dispatch. Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
