The Person:

  • Least 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role or one where skills are fully transferable.
  • Of working in a fast paced, consumer goods, high growth environment is key - Personal Care and Cosmetics is non-negotiable
  • On knowledge of QA for health and wellness products
  • Of GMP, ISO 22716 or similar industry standards.
  • Of designing & rolling out a QMS in manufacturing environment


The Responsibilities:

  • Support technical director in quality management of the manufacturing of personal care products
  • As the senior escalation point internally and externally for serious quality assurance issues.
  • The first point of contact for quality assurance matters for our emerging categories.
  • Deal with customer complaints and documentation


This role will require you to be responsible for the quality of manufactured and formulated products in conjunction with GMP and relevant ISO standards to maintain the high reputation the business has in the industry.

Experience with quality audits and documentation is required.
