This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences inspire students and help them progress into successful careers in the automotive industry.About the RoleYou will teach and assess students across a range of Motor Vehicle courses specialising in Heavy Goods Vehicles. As a Programme Tutor youll support learners throughout their journey ensuring they achieve their full potential. Youll also contribute to curriculum development and maintain strong links with industry to keep learning relevant and engaging.Essential Criteria Hold a relevant Motor Vehicle qualification at Level 3 or above Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of curriculum and qualification frameworks Ability to manage behaviour and motivate students in a positive learning environment Commitment to safeguarding and promoting equality and diversityKey Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Motor Vehicle courses Act as Programme Tutor for a designated caseload of students Embed English and Maths within lessons and promote independent learning Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment Contribute to curriculum development and build strong industry linksWhy Join Us Competitive salary Enrolment onto the Teachers Pension Scheme 28.68% Employers contribution 35 Bookable annual leave days bank holidays and 2 weeks off at Christmas.
