We are currently seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our client's team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 per year.

As an HR Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our client's organisation, utilising your expertise to enhance and optimise their HR system, Cornerstone. This is not a reporting role; instead, you will be responsible for system analysis, ensuring that the HR system meets the evolving needs of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their HR system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough system analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
• Customise and configure the HR system to align with the organisation's specific HR processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of the HR system with existing processes and tools.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure efficient and effective system usage.
• Stay up to date with industry best practises and emerging trends in HR systems and technology.
