Job Description


Main Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive organisational and administrative support to a Partner, within Pinnacle Wealth Management.


This is not your average Assistant role. It has an element of a typical Personal Assistant role plus a heavily involved Business Administrator element. You will need to be excellent at managing a number of tasks at anyone time. Prioritisation and attention to detail are key.


Key Responsibilities

•Diary and Email Management i.e booking in client meetings via phone and email, responding to client emails.

•Accurately recording all meeting records and notes within Salesforce

•Managing client actions using Salesforce Tasks

•Sending and chasing LOA’s

•Completing CYC’s and CFR’s, preparing transfers packs

•Preparing LifePlans (Financial Planning Reports). Ensure all documents are appropriately personalised, accurate and comply with Pinnacle standards

•Preparing Voyant (Financial Planning Model). Inputting the client’s information in order to create a base plan, create ‘what if’ scenarios and generate reports

•New business case submissions via Lifeplan and CFR’s

•Preparing Analytics reports. Locating funds and pre-populating client portfolios, producing fund and performance analysis

•Meeting pack preparation - for existing and potential client meetings

•Managing client actions using Tasks

•Submitting fund switches and obtaining product valuations

•Confirming receipt of client’s funds and informing the client

•Using all SJP systems effectively to support your daily tasks

•Any ad hoc requests the Partner may want you to undertake

People Responsibilities

No direct management responsibilities exist for this role. Building a strong relationship with your Adviser and other teams within Pinnacle is essential.


Job Knowledge

Complete all training provided. Complete all SJP product exams for each tax year.

Starting salary £27.5k-£30k depending on experience, with salary reviews.

OTE expecting to be £35k-£40k (with bonuses and commissions), performance related.
