If you thrive on building trust spotting opportunities and delivering value this is your chance to join a fast-paced client-focused team at the heart of the Microsoft technology ecosystem.Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of clients in our Technical Services & Infrastructure division. Deep dive into each clients business to uncover growth opportunities. Be the trusted advisorhandling queries resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with technical experts to deliver seamless service and solutions. Drive cross-sell and up-sell across cloud networking cyber security and managed support. Lead client reviews build account plans and forecast growth. Keep CRM records sharp and up to date. Smash revenue retention and growth targets. Represent Kick at industry events and partner forums. What do I need Proven experience in account management within IT services or infrastructure. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure/M365 networking cyber security and managed IT services. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships. Commercial mindset with a consultative value-led approach to sales. Team player who collaborates to deliver customer success. Organised detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple accounts. Target-driven proactive and passionate about growth.
