With many years' experience in property maintenance covering Greater Manchester and Merseyside, Bradwell Maintenance offers a complete range of maintenance services covering all trades. We have grown significantly year on year and have high ambitions for the future.

Our projects team play a vital role in our success, co-ordinating and driving our refurbishment activity to deliver projects on time and in budget.

To underpin our continued growth we now need a Projects Assistant to support our team and to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Setting up projects for the Project Manager to oversee
  • Sourcing and relationship management of Sub Contractors
  • Liaison with sub-contractors to communicate project requirements and frameworks
  • Diarising and recording monetary information to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Resolving or escalating issues that may arise
  • Impacting profitability by sourcing best value equipment, materials and solutions
  • Chasing deliveries, payment of invoices, issuing purchase orders, checking receipts.
  • Ensuring evidence of completed work is obtained and recorded for all projects
  • General administration tasks
