Grounds Maintenance teamWere responsible for the cyclical upkeep of the communal areas to our customers. This covers a large geographical area and our customers includes market rent shared ownership and independent living communities on many estates or the whole estate. We also provide a reactionary service where we have to deal with hazards which can be anything from dumped items to clearing snow on our independent living blocks.Were also responsible for the management of the trees and like to retain as many as possible or replant if any are removed. We believe that the trees play a big part in our communities by providing shade in the summer and promote a healthy wellbeing as well as offsetting our carbon footprint.Your new roleWere looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our busy team. Youll be based in Slough covering Windsor Ascot Bracknell and surrounding areas.Were looking for a proactive great team player and someone with a good eye for detail whos looking for a new challenge.Working within a team youll be responsible for the upkeep of the external communal areas grass shrubs and may also be required to undertake soft landscaping/minor tree work.This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic self-motivated and well-driven individual looking to contribute to a dynamic and diverse team.
