If you take pride in your work can turn your hand to all aspects of groundwork and work well as part of a professional team wed love to hear from youKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out a wide range of groundwork activities including drainage kerbing slabbing concreting and ducting.Prepare and level sub-bases to specification ensuring solid foundations for follow-on trades.Lay and finish concrete paving and edgings to a high standard.Assist with excavation backfilling and reinstatement works.Operate plant and equipment such as dumpers rollers and small excavators safely and efficiently.Read and work from drawings and site levels accurately.Maintain a tidy safe and efficient working area following all site safety procedures.Work closely with supervisors and other trades to ensure the programme and quality standards are met.Essential RequirementsValid CSCS card.Proven experience in a varied groundwork role.Skilled in using hand and power tools with experience in drainage kerbing and finishing works.Capable of operating dumpers and rollers (with valid CPCS/NPORS tickets).Reliable proactive and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.DesirableAdditional CPCS/NPORS tickets (e.g. 360 Machine Telehandler Dumper Roller).5 years experience in groundwork civil engineering or hard landscaping.Experience working as part of a small team or gang on large-scale projects.General ExpectationsPunctual dependable and committed to delivering quality work.Works collaboratively with colleagues and other site teams.Promotes a safe efficient and productive site environment.Must hold Right to Work in the UK.Apply NowJoin a trusted and professional team delivering excellence across ground clearance earthworks drainage and finishing operations.* Please note that to comply with client requirements we can only accept NPORS cards affiliated with CSCS and carrying the CSCS hologram.
