As Interim Home Manager you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets VSAs standards and regulatory requirements. Youll lead with integrity manage resources effectively and support both staff and residents through a period of return VSA will offer a competitive salary and generous annual leave.Key Responsibilities: Maintain robust systems for communication reporting and record-keeping to support decision-making and compliance. Foster a culture of respect inclusion and empowerment for residents and staff. Promote independence and social engagement among service users. Ensure safe practices through effective risk management and medication procedures. Lead the development and review of personalised care plans. Manage staffing levels recruitment and team development to ensure continuity of care. Monitor performance provide supervision and address challenges constructively. Oversee financial resources and contribute to budgetary planning. Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and uphold best practice. Support staff and residents through significant life changes with sensitivity. Commit to continuous learning and professional development.Experience & Qualifications:Essential: NMC Registered Nurse with a valid PIN. Proven experience managing in a care home or supported housing setting. Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of care legislation National Care Standards and Care Inspectorate procedures. Ability to write reports manage teams and use IT systems effectively. Desirable: Experience managing budgets and contributing to policy development. Skilled in handling performance and disciplinary matters.
