My client is currently looking for a Finance/Accounts Administrator available on short notice for a 6 months minimum, part-time contract, based in the centre of Reading. The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for AP, invoices, purchase orders and petty cash.

My client is a not-for-profit organisation, located in the centre of Reading. They have a smaller finance function and are seeking someone who demonstrates a 'can-do' attitude.

Description

  • Accounts Payable
  • Dealing with POs
  • Expenses
  • Banking of cash
  • Petty cash
  • Other ad hoc administration tasks as required

Profile

  • Immediately available/available on short notice
  • Previous experience with accounting/finance
  • Good Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Sage experience (desirable not essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail
