Please ensure that this is completed in full in order that your application can be reviewed.We are seeking enthusiastic an experienced Security Officer to work as part of our Estates, Health and Safety Team.What we are looking for: * Comfortable working alone and using your initiative with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare * Understanding and awareness of current security environments * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build appropriate and professional relationshipsDuties/responsibilities: * Contribute to providing a safe and secure environment for our students, staff and visitors. * Quickly Assess situations and take appropriate actions * Provision of reception service at the Old Reception * Carrying out regular internal and external patrols * Carrying out investigations, or searches, as directed by the College managementA flexible approach to working hours is required.
