Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities.Your role at VantiveResponsible for championing the training and education of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) Vantive products in our Acute therapies division covering North-West England including Yorkshire and North Wales. The Clinical Specialist will work together with healthcare professionals within ICUs and Renal units to drive clinical practice efficiencies and effectiveness along with the appropriate use of Vantive products.We are looking for someone who has spent time in ICU and has experience of CRRT delivery. You will join a highly collaborative team working alongside a team of account managers that are leading the way in bringing our expertise to customers.This is a field-based role with frequent travel.What youll be doingAchieving sales budgets and qualitative business objectives for the assigned therapies by:Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers proposing innovative solutions and explaining and promoting Vantives product portfolio and their benefits.Promote the preferred patient pathway to healthcare professionals using up to date evidence for the right therapy in the right place at the right time.Demonstrate and train customers on Vantive Renal therapies products and services effectively and constructively through an evidence-based approach.Provide educational support to customers through formal training days onsite in hospitals or virtually as appropriate.Implement identified therapy and product marketing campaigns/activities.Assist marketing in the development design coordination and implementation of training programs and product / therapy usage guides for internal and external customers.Deal with customer complaints & take appropriate actions following internal processes and procedures. Maintain up to date customer records though effective and timely use of our CRM tool.Develop and maintain excellent personal knowledge of the therapy environment products and their applications and ensure product/renal knowledge remains current and evidence based.What youll bringA recognised nursing qualification with proven experience working in ICU or peritoneal dialysisPost graduate renal nursing certificate or ITU Certificate is preferable.Strong results orientation and ability to deliver on deadlinesCustomer relationship buildingConfident and clinically credibleProject management skillsProven training experience using educational processes demonstrating strong presentation skills and the proven ability to teach othersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player and able to work independentlyFull driving licenseOccasional overnight staysFlexibility with working hours/patterns#LI-RemoteReasonable AccommodationVantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
