We are launching a new corporate wellness division, offering bespoke wellness programs tailored for companies, including dedicated personal training, health coaching etc. to enhance employee well-being. Additionally, we are looking to partner with insurance providers and other enterprises that seek to integrate wellness into their offerings.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to lead this movement, develop corporate partnerships, establish sales processes, and drive revenue growth by selling Buttn's wellness solutions to businesses and insurers.

Role Description

As a Corporate Sales & Account Executive, you will play a key role in launching and expanding Buttn's B2B wellness division. You will be responsible for developing corporate partnerships with companies, insurance providers, and wellness-focused enterprises, creating tailored solutions that meet their employee benefits and health initiatives.

This is a full-cycle sales role where you will generate leads, pitch solutions, close deals, and support corporate clients to ensure engagement and retention. You will also help shape Buttn's long-term strategy in the corporate and insurance wellness space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and engaging corporate clients.
  • Generating leads through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Presenting and selling wellness programs to decision-makers.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Maintaining client relationships and driving renewals.
  • Developing and managing partnerships with insurance providers, benefits platforms, and corporate wellness stakeholders.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
  • Developing and optimizing sales and partnership processes.
  • Tracking performance metrics and reporting results.
  • Collaborating with the founder, marketing, and product teams.
  • Representing Buttn at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field

3+ years in B2B sales & account management - Lead generation, pitching, negotiating, closing deals, and managing corporate accounts

Proven track record in lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.

Experience in managing partnerships and strategic collaborations

Experience in corporate wellness, HR tech, SaaS, or employee benefits.

Skilled in structuring proposals, pricing models, and closing corporate agreements.

Analytical mindset with experience in sales tracking and performance optimization.

Ability to develop sales frameworks, onboarding processes, and scalable B2B workflows.

Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Experience in corporate wellness, HR tech, SaaS, or employee benefits

Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
