By combining Human Cultural and Artificial Intelligence we help some of the worlds most iconic brands make faster smarter decisions.Through our AI-powered platform Verve Vero we deliver transformative solutions from Intelligent Personas and Simulations to advanced data processing designed to make insight more scalable repeatable and impactful.We move fast think hard and put people at the heart of everything we do.The RoleWere looking for a technically-minded Consultant to join the Vero Build Studio.This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation (e.g. coding data processing adapting workflows) who wants to apply those skills in a client-facing consultancy setting.Youll support our Technical Lead on complex builds solving problems where standard processes need to be adapted working hands-on with data and helping deliver robust client-ready AI-powered solutions.Key Responsibilities:Technical Build & DevelopmentSupport complex builds (simulations personas datasets) by adapting existing build processes and code to fit specific client requirements.Work hands-on with data: processing structuring cleaning and preparing for simulations and analysis.Collaborate with the R&D team on new methods or tools testing and integrating them into client-ready builds.Optimise technical workflows for repeatability and scalability.Client SupportJoin client calls and workshops to provide technical perspective on build logic data handling and solution design.Explain complex technical concepts in clear accessible language.Build credibility as a technical partner alongside consultants and Growth team.Collaboration & EnablementWork closely with our Technical Lead and the wider Build Studio team to ensure builds are consistent high-quality and robust.Share technical knowledge with consultants enabling them to confidently talk about builds and processes.Contribute to internal documentation QA processes and knowledge-sharing.What were looking for:2 3 years experience in a technical data or consultancy role (e.g. SRE data engineer or developer) ideally with exposure to working in collaborative client-facing settings.Ability to adapt and work with code (e.g. Python APIs scripting workflow logic).Strong skills in data processing and structuring (qual quant or mixed datasets).Analytical thinker with problem-solving mindset able to adapt standard processes to new use cases.Comfortable explaining technical detail to non-technical audiences.Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) essential for client calls.Collaborative curious and proactive thrives in an evolving environment.UK-based candidate.
