DescriptionTHE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE TO:Collaborate and CommunicateAct as expertise and knowledge hub for store opening refit and configurations to ensure the smooth efficient and timely openings of these new spacesCollaborate on and attend site and progress meetings with Shopfit Store and Area ManagersVisit pre-retail to check on the processing of the new store stock packageWork on-site at the new store from handover through to openingLiaise with:Shopfitting department and the Project Manager to review stockroom layout and handover datesRSC to agree on space for pre-retail (usually 3/4 weeks)Product operations to get the grades and volumes of pre-retail stock packagesVisual Merchandising Departments to set up layout meetingsDistribution to coordinate deliveries of stock and consumables to store for launchPlan and OrganiseOrganise Inductions for all staff going to pre-retail ( liaising with the warehouse)Confirm the delivery of launch stockArrange the delivery of skips site assistance number of keys etc in readiness for handoverPlace new store orders including stationery white goods lockers pallet trucksConfirm the Bristol launch order and pre retail hangers and PPEKEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:Planning / Time ManagementMust have flexibility to travel nationwide and be available to work weekdays weekends and evenings where required and have the ability to manage own diary effectivelyBuilding RelationshipsThrough excellent communication and influencing you will have to negotiate and plan with internal colleagues and external suppliers Leadership The ability to lead and manage from a distance is key to the success of this roleAnalyticalThe skills to create and analyse budgets and be able to find opportunities to minimise costs and maximise profits.DeterminationResilienceInnovationRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Order Picking,Transportation Management,Inventory Control,Forklift,Taleo,Military Experience,Warehouse Experience,Warehouse Distribution Experience,Hi-Lo Experience,Reach Truck,Logistics,Aviation Experience Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
