Primary DetailsTime Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeThe purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the Distribution Strategy by establishing and maintaining relationships with Clients and Brokers to enhance the market presence.Broker Development CoordinatorBirmingham or Bristol Full-Time or Part TimeWere seeking a commercially minded Coordinator to join our Distribution team supporting broker engagement across the Midlands & South-West this role youll play a key part in supporting the delivery of regional distribution plans and strengthening broker relationships.Importantly for us youll be a natural relationship-builder - someone who thrives on building their network and connecting with others to foster strong collaborative partnerships.We are open to both full and part-time working arrangements for this role and this exciting opportunity also involves expensed travel between our Birmingham and Bristol offices.Your New RoleAs part of our collaborative team youll have regular exposure to the wider underwriting community. Youll be confident in pulling together information and will support business growth and broker engagement. Your ability to build strong trusted relationships will be central to your success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Distribution Managers and Account Managers with the delivery of the Midlands & South-West regions Distribution strategyEngage with key stakeholders across the business to maintain a consistently cohesive approach to brokers and clientsNetwork internally and externally to promote the interests of our business and contribute to the knowledge-sharing cultureAssist with the preparation of performance reports to monitor performance and governanceSupport the management and delivery of strategic broker pipelines in line with our strategy to reflect global and local agreementsContribute to the successful implementation of Salesforce to build and monitor healthy pipelinesAnalyse market dynamics and develop market cycle awarenessAbout YouSome experience in administrative or coordination roles gained within any industrySound organisational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks priorities and deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and strong communication skills both written and verbalStrong relationship builder with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams)Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced evolving environmentTeam-oriented approach with a proactive attitudeWillingness to travel between QBE offices in Birmingham & Bristol - travel expenses coveredWhy QBE At My BestAt QBE we want our people to feel rewarded and inspired to perform at their best thats why we have created At My Best.
