This exciting opportunity is with the Learning Excellence team who design and delivers bestinclass development solutions across AECOM. This role will support our Technical Academies.  It will include the design and management of the participant experience and stakeholder management. This role provides program management governance mitigates program related risk and will analyze/resolve underachieving outcomes or program challenges. They will balance between strategic thought and hands on implementation; One hour could be spent scrutinizing spreadsheet data and chasing program nominations and the next is connecting with experts planning their programs.

The successful individual must demonstrate a high level of accountability and autonomy to successfully deliver on program outcomes in a small and agile team. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule including both inoffice and remote work options. We have offices in Birmingham Edinburgh Manchester and London.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and manage program project plans and learning event logistics.
  • Design and develop communications course evaluations and program engagement strategies.
  • Partner with the Training Coordinator to ensure all communications are prepared and delivered resulting in ideal learning experiences for participants facilitators and course owners.
  • Collect analyze and report metrics and tracking for technical academies.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on evaluations and insights. 
  • Provide Learning Management admin support and live session productions support.
  • This role must work successfully in a matrixed organization.  
  • Works under limited supervision in several aspects of the work. 
  • Working with AECOM teams in multiple geographical locations.

Qualifications :

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and 6 years or relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Ability to cultivate relationships through collaborative work environment  
  • Strong interpersonal communication including professional representation and on target advice to stakeholders 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity 
  • Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint and Workday 
  • Strong written and oral communications skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
