An opportunity has opened for a Principal Embedded Software Engineer to join a growing R&D team in the heart of Worcestershire.


This role will allow you to develop your skills and leadership experience whilst creating some top of the range EV & Renewable products.


The role of Principal Embedded Software Engineer reports directly to the Software Manager and will work within a multi-disciplined R&D team. You will be required to get hands on with the product development whilst also training and taking care of a team of 8.


Principal Embedded Software Engineer:

  • Degree qualified and 10+ years of experience
  • Experience leading a team / engineer.
  • Embedded C & C++
  • RTOS or Embedded Linux
  • Understanding of Schematics & Electronics
  • Python (desirable)
  • Experience in the full SLDC
