Main duties: Assist with administrative duties and overall office support such as entering import / export orders and keeping the company's computer system up-to-date. The role: - Oversee smooth EU customs clearances and resolve all queries - Chase and correct missing or inaccurate documents with suppliers and customers - Ensure hauliers receive all paperwork on time - Tackle clearance issues immediately to keep shipments moving - Any other duties as required including providing cover for other team members The candidate: - Additional fluency in French, Spanish or Italian would be a real benefit - Computer literate - MS office - Organised with good administrative skills - Excellent communication skills - A dynamic personality and a team player The salary: around £25,500 per annum French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
