We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Beauty Therapist to work in a world famous Luxury Department Store in the heart of London’s West End.


As a Beauty Therapist, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that benefits it at all times.


You will develop and build your client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele. As well as bringing incremental business in, you will increase retention through all clientele by building brand loyalty.


You are a passionate beauty professional with an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty and the ability to showcase your skills through a trade test. If you are successful, you’ll attend a 5-week paid training programme in Paris to further enhance your expertise. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, with flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


You have a love of learning product knowledge, previous beauty retail experience, and the drive to go above and beyond for our customers. If you’re confident, results-oriented, and have a knack for sales, this role is for you. You’ll use your strong communication skills to recommend products that suit each client’s needs, while demonstrating your knowledge of skincare and makeup application. Finally, a polished and professional appearance is a must.
