We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Accounts Trainee to join our client's Practice. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are starting their career in accounting and finance and are eager to learn and grow within the field.
Main Job Description- Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Support the finance team with the processing of transactions and maintenance of the ledger.
- Help with bank reconciliations and processing business expenses.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual reports to understand the financial health of the business.
- Engage in learning opportunities to understand financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Participate in the improvement of financial processes and systems within the company.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the finance department.
- A strong desire to develop a career within a Practice.
- Educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
