Business Change Manager

We are seeking a Business Change Manager to lead and support the successful adoption of change across our transformation programmes. This pivotal role is focused on the people side of change ensuring that business change initiatives are effectively embedded and aligned with strategic objectives.The Business Change Manager will drive engagement and adoption across changes to business processes policies governance systems technology data roles and organisational structures. Collaborating closely with project teams business stakeholders HR communications learning and development and senior leadership the role will champion change readiness foster alignment and help realise measurable benefits.What youll be doing:Developing and implementing human-centred change strategies that promote adoption reduce resistance and ensure clarity across stakeholder groupsIdentifying and engaging key stakeholders to build alignment assess resistance and integrate mitigation plans into change deliveryConducting impact and readiness assessments to evaluate the scale scope and preparedness for upcoming changesCollaborating with Learning & Development and subject matter experts to assess training needs and design effective learning pathwaysCrafting and delivering targeted communications tailored to stakeholder groups to build awareness and understanding of change impactsDesigning and facilitating engaging change interventionssuch as coaching and workshopsto embed new ways of workingTracking and reporting on adoption engagement and competency metrics to measure the effectiveness of change activitiesReviewing system and process changes with business stakeholders to assess their impact on customer journeys and outcomesQualifications : Who were looking for:Professional certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci APMG) or equivalent practical experience is highly desirableStrong grasp of change management principles methodologies and tools with the ability to apply them effectively across transformation programmesProven track record of delivering end-to-end people-centred change within business or technology transformation initiativesDeep understanding of how individuals experience change including familiarity with the change curve and behavioural responsesExperience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and embed changeSkilled in facilitating workshops crafting stakeholder communications and supporting leaders through periods of transitionKnowledge of organisational design and operating model change with the ability to translate strategy into actionable change plansComfortable working with HR L&D and Internal Communications to design and deliver targeted change interventions that drive adoption and measurable benefitsWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
