Associate, EMEA Regulatory Compensation

DescriptionAs an Associate in the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Regulatory Compensation team you will be responsible for monitoring and implementing EMEA remuneration regulations that impact the Firms businesses and functions across the region. This encompasses regulations affecting both the banking and investment / asset management industries in the UK EU and across EMEA including CRD V IFPR AIFMD and UCITS V regulations. Your responsibilities will include managing remuneration policies and processes remuneration governance regulatory reporting and disclosures.Job responsibilitiesSupports the annual review of material risk taker (MRT) identification methodology and day-to-day management of the MRT populationPrepares / reviews of quantitative and qualitative regulatory submissionsPrepares / reviews of public remuneration disclosuresUpdates applicable Remuneration Policies in line with relevant regulations and practicePrepares Board and Remuneration Committee materials on remuneration governance mattersDrafts responses to regulators on remuneration practices and processesMonitors external regulatory developments and assess impact for the FirmMaintains and implements up to date policies and proceduresPartners on regulatory remuneration matters within HR and for Control Function partners and the businessRequired qualifications capabilities and skills:Ability to distil and articulate simply complex regulatory mattersStrong Microsoft Office skills including advanced ExcelStrong analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPro-active approach to project management and prioritising work-loadProven ability to work independently with broad range of stakeholdersThorough attention to detailPro-active in raising issues and identifying opportunities for process improvementsPreferred qualifications capabilities and skills:Experience presenting to or preparing materials for senior executive management or Board levelExperience working in HR regulatory or compensation teamsRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Hair And Beauty,Facilities,IT Support,Bank,Asp.Net MVC Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
