What you’ll do


We believe in the power of technology to make healthcare faster, better, and more accessible to all, and therefore you will play a key part in supporting us to deliver the best products within the healthtech industry.


The role will see you split between improving our software and working directly with customers to understand their needs and helping them take advantage of the platform. Therefore, you really will be able to see the difference you are making daily.


Other key responsibilities and accountabilities will include;

  • You will be involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle including architecture, code reviews, testing, as well as cutting code
  • Support the enhancement of the product to add new features and improve functionality
  • Work closely with your team, providing support and guidance to your peers as well as actively contributing to tech discussions
  • Work to ensure we have solutions to complex problems


Who you’ll be


You will demonstrate significant experience in a Senior and/or Lead Software Development/Engineering position.


We want you to be able to take ownership and accountability for what you are doing and be comfortable working with autonomy and using your initiative.


Here, we are advocates for promoting the ability to think freely and creatively. We want you to have a curious nature, looking at improvements and efficiencies and have evidence of where you have done this before.


Other key skills we are looking for you to demonstrate include;

  • Can lead / mentor people within a small team.
  • Experience of coding in JavaScript or TypeScript, React is essential for this role.
  • Working with cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS) would be highly beneficial.
  • Experience building UIs where you work closely with the design & API teams.
  • Competent with version control methods, and automatic quality tools.
  • Able to understand the requirements of working within healthcare software business.
