We have partnered with one of our valued development clients who are now looking to onboard an ambitious and experienced CFO.
The ideal candidate will be working in a Group role with a housebuilder or leading a SME developer. You will have a corporate structure background with a solid understanding of asset and PE-backed businesses, managing debt and equity alongside in-house funders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Oversee the budgeting process.
- Define debt structures and go to market to find the right solutions for each stage of our growth.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate financial statements.
- Understand joint venture and collaboration agreements to ensure compliance.
- Forecast valuation revenues in conjunction with the Sales Director for inclusion in the quarterly valuations.
- Ownership of the budget alongside the 5 year plans for the business, ensuring it is accurate and well managed, and ultimately delivering it.
- Liaise with the Land Team on budgets, forecasts and spend.
