About the Role:
As Chair, you will provide inclusive leadership, guiding Bridge Support through a pivotal time of growth and expansion. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and Board members to ensure effective governance and alignment with our vision, mission, and strategic objectives. This unremunerated role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organisation and advocate for our cause within influential networks.
The Chair will lead and inspire the Board of Trustees to achieve Bridge Support's mission and strategic goals, collaborate with the CEO for informed decision-making, oversee Board and CEO performance to ensure accountability and advocate for Bridge Support to enhance its credibility and strategic position regionally and nationally. We are looking for an inclusive leader aligned with our strategic priorities, experienced in non-profit environments, and a champion of equality and diversity who can effectively communicate our approach to diverse audiences, including policy and political systems.
