Receptionist/ Office Assistant| Consultancy | Temp to Perm
Tay Associates have partnered with a highly successful, niche consultancy who have recently achieved B-Corp certification. They are on the look out for a Receptionist/ Office Assistant on a temp to perm basis. We are looking for a proactive, smiley, social individual who is happy to get stuck in with the front of house and admin duties - you will also assist with an office move next year.
The Role:
- Meet and greet everyone that enters the office
- Be the first point of contact for all internal office communication
- Manage the meeting rooms and bookings
- Liaise with building management and external clients
- Organise monthly socials, lunches for the team and clients, social events.
Skills/Experience Required
- Previous experience working in an administrative / Reception function within a small business environment
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to manage upwards, always demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
