Company:MarshDescription:R321886 Senior Loss Adjuster - PropertyAs a Senior Loss Adjustor you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading complex insurance claims particularly within the energy and power sectors including renewables. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a passionate talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for some of the worlds largest and most demanding clients.We will count on you to:Lead on major and complex property damage claims including post-loss claims preparation presentation and project management for a diverse range of clients across the Marsh broker client base.Manage and deliver complex client engagements ensuring effective expansion of the Claims Preparation reputation and profile across Marsh.Develop and maintain strong client relationships providing expert advice and solutions across insurance claims management and dispute resolutionSupport our advocacy teams where required with technical input and maintain close collaboration with our forensic accountants on business interruption claimsPrepare and review detailed analysis proposals and technical reports ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding the Claims Preparation practice within the UK.What you need to have:A strong background in insurance claims as a qualified loss adjuster with experience managing complex and demanding claims.Superb people skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experienceProven project management skills in handling major material damage and supporting on business interruption claims.Excellent report writing presentation and communication skills.A desire to share your knowledge and expertise with early career members of the team on larger claims with a project team.Ability to travel locally at short notice.Professional adjusting qualification such as ACILA or equivalent.What makes you stand out:Demonstrable experience handling major and complex losses across a range of industries.A bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field.A track record of developing new business opportunities and expanding client relationships in the claims management space.Marsh a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC) is the worlds top insurance broker and risk advisor.
